180g of bittersweet chocolate, cut into small pieces

1 cup of heavy cream

Combine in the blender bowl water, gelatin, and coffee
Blend for 3 seconds
Add milk, sugar, and chocolate
Blend until smooth
Without stopping the blender, add eggs and heavy cream
Blend until creamy
Blend until light and fluffy
Pour into a 20cm form and refrigerate until firm
Serve in 8 portions.
