1 box of strawberry
1 cup (ch) of granulated sugar
1/2 cup (ch) of water
1 cup (ch) of bell pepper, seeded and sliced

1 cup (ch) of bell pepper, seeded and sliced
Wash and then remove the stems from the strawberries. Reserve
In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water
Heat over low heat and stir with a wooden spoon until the sugar is completely dissolved
Stop stirring and cook until a fine syrup forms
Add the sliced bell pepper and cook for 10 minutes, or until it has a gelatinous consistency
Remove from heat and let cool
Dress the strawberries with the pepper sauce and serve immediately
