In a saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, coconut, and butter
Place over heat, stirring constantly until it comes away from the sides of the saucepan
Let it cool slightly, shape the mixture into small coconut fruits and reserve
Dip the coconut fruits in gelatin with a few drops of food coloring and then in crystallized sugar
Yield: 80 pieces
