3 cups of hulled strawberries
4 egg whites

Dissolve the pudding in the milk and refrigerate until it becomes firm
Hydrate the gelatin in the boiling water and let it cool down
When the pudding is ready, blend it with the strawberries in a blender and gradually add the gelatin
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the mixture
Pour into individual molds - garnish with fruit pieces, if desired - and refrigerate for two hours before serving.
