1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of beer
1 whole egg
4 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine
1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (150g)

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Grease muffin tin cups with butter or margarine
In a bowl, sift together flour, Parmesan cheese, yeast, and salt
In another bowl, mix beer, egg, and melted butter
Create a depression in the center of dry ingredients and pour the beer mixture in one go
Work the dough just to moisten all ingredients, without overmixing, adding cheese
Fill 2/3 of muffin tin cups with the dough
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown
Remove from oven immediately and let cool slightly
Serve warm muffins.
