3/4 cup of cheddar, mozzarella, gouda, or gruyere cheese, melted and cubed
1 1/2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1/2 tablespoon of mustard
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of butter
6 tablespoons of warm milk
1 toasted hamburger bun, cut in half
3/4 cup of cheddar, mozzarella, gouda, or gruyere cheese, melted and cubed
1 1/2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1/2 tablespoon of mustard
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of butter
6 tablespoons of warm milk
1 toasted hamburger bun, cut in half
Combine all ingredients, except the bun, in a blender
Blend until smooth and creamy
Heat over low heat and stir to combine
Serve over the two halves of the toasted bun.
