In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt
Set aside
In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, and egg
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and add the granulated chocolate
Mix well
Spoon 2 tablespoons of the batter into muffin tin cups
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
