Prepare a syrup with the flour and water
When the syrup is ready, add the chopped pecans without shells
Let the mixture simmer on low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens
Remove from heat and mix in 10 cooked eggs, passed through a sieve
Mix well
Place in a greased plate with butter
Let it cool
After the mass cools down, shape into small balls, coat with crystal sugar, and place in paper molds
