Preheat the oven to medium temperature (180°C)
In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt
In another bowl, whisk together the butter, egg, vanilla extract, sugar, and milk until smooth
Add the cream to the flour mixture and mix well
Distribute the dough among the muffin liners and place in the oven
Let it bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly
Fill each muffin with strawberry jelly by piping it through a confectionery bag.
