Clean the beef and slice it thinly
Pound each slice to obtain a fine steak
Place in a pressure cooker with salt, water, carrots, and onions
Close the lid, let it boil, reduce heat, and cook for 40 minutes
Remove from heat, let the pressure drop, open the lid, and remove the steaks
Arrange on a serving platter
Blend the carrots, onion, and butter in a blender until you get a paste
Place a small amount of this paste over each beef steak and serve
