6 slices of 1cm thick mozzarella
2 lightly beaten eggs
1 cup of crushed salted crackers (processed through a blender)
Oil for frying

Dip the mozzarella slices in the eggs and then in the crushed crackers
Repeat the operation
Fry quickly in plenty of hot oil until golden brown and crispy
Serve hot
