Beat the milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and strawberries (reserve some leaves for garnishing) in a blender
Preheat the oven to high temperature
Pour the mousse into the ramekins and bake them in a water bath for 40 minutes
Remove and let it cool
Unmold over serving plates
Arrange two slices of prosciutto around and garnish with reserved strawberry leaves.
