This is a traditional and delicate recipe
Prepare the fettuccine dough by working with the flour, eggs, and no water until it's smooth and homogeneous
Next, cook them in boiling, slightly salted water
On the side, whip the heavy cream until light and soften the butter
When the fettuccine are "al dente", like they say in Italy, cook them and immediately mix with the whipped cream and butter
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve hot
