Blend the milk, eggs, black pepper, salt, and sago (reserve some leaves for garnishing) in a blender
Preheat the oven to high temperature
Pour the pudding into the molds and steam them in a water bath for 40 minutes
Remove and let it cool
Turn out onto serving plates
Arrange two slices of prosciutto around each plate and garnish with the reserved leaves.
