1/2 envelope of unflavored white gelatin

1 can of condensed milk
200g of blackberries, finely chopped
2 spoons of lemon juice
3 egg whites

Dissolve the gelatin in cold water and let it sit at room temperature until dissolved
Transfer to a blender and add the condensed milk, blackberries, and lemon juice
Blend until smooth
Pour into a bowl and gently fold in the beaten egg whites
Distribute into individual serving cups and refrigerate
Serve chilled.
