2 envelopes of gelatin
a cup of cold water
a cup of mayonnaise
two cups of canned tuna, flaked
1/2 cup of chopped salted fish roe
1/4 cup of pitted and finely chopped olives
a tablespoon of minced onion
two tablespoons of lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons of strong root
salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
one cup of whipped cream

Soak the gelatin in cold water and then dissolve it in a warm bath
Mix all ingredients except for the whipped cream and blend well
Add the whipped cream, spread evenly in a pirex or rectangular baking dish, and refrigerate
When it sets, cut into squares, or any shape desired, and serve on leafy lettuce; you can also use shrimp as garnish.
