400 g of small cooked shrimp
1 cup of mayonnaise - 225 g
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley - 5 g
1 teaspoon of lime juice - 10 ml
Salt and black pepper to taste
A few drops of hot sauce
1 tablespoon of unsweetened gelatin powder - 3 g
1 tablespoon of water - 15 ml
Half cup of natural yogurt

Half cup of natural yogurt
Blend all the ingredients in a blender, except for the gelatin, water, and yogurt
Dissolve the gelatin in warm water
Add it to the mixture
Finally add the yogurt
Mix well
Serving suggestion: serve with saltines, sweet herbs, and toast points
Goes well with asparagus, too
Makes 3 cups.
