Wash the wheat flour thoroughly and soak it in cold water for about 1 hour
Drain and squeeze out any excess water with your hands
In a bowl, mix together the wheat flour, salt, thyme, and meat until you have a uniform dough
Place on a serving plate and shape into a long or round form using dampened fingers and cold water, giving it an elongated or rounded shape
Garnish the dish with onion rings and parsley sprigs
Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.
