Dissolve the coffee in the milk, whisk well
Beat the eggs, add half of the sugar and whisk well
Heat the mixture over low heat for two minutes, whisking constantly
Let it cool and add the dissolved gelatin. Reserve
Beat the egg whites until stiff with the remaining sugar and add the reserved mixture
Pour into a lightly oiled pudding mold and refrigerate until firm
