Soak the gelatin in water in a refrigerator for five minutes
Then, dissolve it in a warm water bath, stirring constantly

Remove from heat and add the coffee and sugar
Let it cool slightly

Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until it reaches the consistency of a raw egg white
Then, remove from refrigerator and mix with heavy cream and chocolate liqueur
Pour into cups and refrigerate for at least four hours or until firm.
