3 raw carrots
1 onion, diced
2 cups of plain low-fat yogurt
250g white cheese
1 cup (chalice) of skim milk
1 tablespoon of English dressing
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 envelope of unsweetened gelatin
Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients, except for the gelatin, in a blender
Blend until smooth and reserve
Dissolve the gelatin according to the package instructions and mix gently with the remaining ingredients
Pour into a moist mold and refrigerate until set
Chill further before serving
Serve with green salad.
