2 1/2 cups of broccoli florets
2 1/2 cups of cauliflower florets
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons of vinegar
2 tablespoons of grated lime zest
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
To taste

Cook the broccoli and cauliflower in boiling salted water for 3 minutes
Drain
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the onion and garlic and cook for 8 minutes until softened
Add the parsley, vinegar, lime zest, oregano, and red pepper flakes
Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly
Add the vegetables and stir to combine
Season with salt and water as needed
Add the grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately
