1 can of heavy cream
250g of dark chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup (or 2 tablespoons) of rum
2 large egg whites
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 cup of crushed chocolate cookies
White chocolate shavings for decoration

Heat the heavy cream until it starts to simmer
Remove from heat and mix in the dark chocolate until smooth
Add the rum and mix well
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then gradually add sugar
Mix the egg whites with the chocolate mixture gently
Wrap the crushed cookies in the mousse and distribute into individual servings
Refrigerate for at least an hour
Just before serving, decorate with white chocolate shavings.
