1 can of sweetened condensed milk
250g dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup rum
2 large egg whites, sifted
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
White chocolate shavings for decoration

Heat the sweetened condensed milk over medium heat until it starts to simmer
Remove from heat and mix in the dark chocolate chips until smooth
Add the rum and mix well
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gradually add the granulated sugar
Mix the egg whites delicately with the chocolate mixture
Wrap the crushed cookies around the mousse and portion into individual servings
Refrigerate for one hour before serving
Just before serving, sprinkle white chocolate shavings on top to decorate.
