5 tablespoons of boiling water
4 separated eggs
2 tablespoons of rum

Place the chocolate in a bowl and process it in a blender
Blend on high speed for 6 seconds
Turn off the motor
Scrape the sides of the blender bowl with a knife
Add the water and blend on high speed for 10 seconds
Add the egg yolks and rum, and blend until well combined
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the chocolate mixture, stirring carefully
Pour into a dish and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving
Garnish with chocolate shavings
If desired, use milk chocolate for a sweeter mousse
