1 Sprinkle the gelatin over the water, let it hydrate for five minutes, and then place it on medium heat in a water bath until dissolved
2 Combine the mixture with coconut milk and milk
3 Mix well and refrigerate until creamy
2 Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form

4 Remove the gelatin from the refrigerator and mix with the mousse
5 Pour into molds and refrigerate to set
