1 1/4 cups (heaping) of milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 cup (heaping) of creamy caramel sauce
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup (heaping) of cold water
2 cups of beaten egg whites

Mix the milk, sugar, and egg
Heat over low heat until warm
Remove from heat, add vanilla, whisk in caramel sauce until dissolved
Let cool
Hydrate and dissolve gelatin in cold water
Melt gelatin over low heat or in microwave
Whisk gelatin into caramel mixture and finally egg whites
Pour into greased pudding mold
Refrigerate until firm, unmold, and decorate with store-bought crunchy topping
