Beat egg whites until snowy, add to the mixture and fold delicately
Place in the form, cover with plastic wrap and let it set in the refrigerator until firm

Combine all ingredients in a pot
Bring to medium heat, let it simmer and cook for about 15 minutes
Let it cool
Cover with plastic wrap and reserve in the refrigerator
Unmold the mousse and serve with chilled fruit compote.
