Make a thick syrup with the mango and water
Add the chopped mango and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the fruit starts to break down
Remove from heat and let cool
Dice the pepper and add it to the cooled mango
Add the salt and stir well
Hydrate and melt the gelatin according to the manufacturer's instructions and mix it with the mango
Stir vigorously and pour into a greased mold with water or butter
Refrigerate until firm, then unmold and serve decorated with peppers and dry powdered sugar or whipped cream
