Sprinkle the gelatin over cold water and let it soften for 5 minutes
Heat it gently, stirring until the gelatin dissolves
Let it cool
Combine the condensed milk, passion fruit juice, and gelatin in a blender and blend until smooth
Add the dissolved and cooled gelatin and blend a little more
Pour into a mold with a diameter of 20 cm, lightly greased with butter
Chill in the refrigerator until firm or overnight
Remove from the refrigerator about 20 minutes before serving to loosen the edges
Insert a knife into the edge, flip onto a plate, and serve garnished with whipped cream
