2 1/4 cups of watermelon without seeds, cut into cubes
4 tablespoons of confectioner's sugar
3 tablespoons of chopped horsetail
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup of cold water
1 small cup of natural yogurt (200g)
1/2 cup of orange juice
Watermelon cubes for garnish
Horsetail leaves for garnish
2 1/4 cups of watermelon without seeds, cut into cubes

1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup of cold water

1/2 cup of orange juice

Blend the watermelon in a liquidizer
Remove and add the confectioner's sugar and horsetail
Sprinkle the gelatin over cold water in a small saucepan
Let it sit for a few minutes
Heat it gently, stirring constantly until the gelatin dissolves
Mix with the watermelon
Chill it in the refrigerator until it thickens slightly
Mix well the yogurt and add to the chilled watermelon mixture
Pour into 4 cups
Cover the entire surface with watermelon cubes and chill in the refrigerator until firm
Garnish each cup with horsetail leaves or orange peel strips
Serve 4 portions.
