Process the cooked fish through a food mill and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice
Add whole shrimp and mix in mayonnaise and gelatin
Add a pinch of paprika and stir well
Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning as needed
Finally, add whipped cream to the desired consistency
Shape into a fish form on a plate and place an olive at the 'eye' spot
Garnish with cooked egg slices and tomato wedges
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
