2 cups of fresh passion fruit pulp or in syrup, diced
2 medium bananas, cut into small cubes

Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water
Immediately combine with the sorbet and orange juice
Mix until the sorbet melts
Chill in the refrigerator until slightly firm
Add the passion fruit and bananas
Pour into a round mold, 20 cm in diameter, greased with oil
Chill in the refrigerator until set
Serves 8 to 10 people.
