2 cups of cooked and flaked shrimp
3/4 cup of whipped or canned heavy cream (without serum)
1 mashed avocado with lemon juice

Season to taste
Add cooked shrimp and heavy cream
Pour into a ring mold, greased, and refrigerate until firm
Unmold and, in the center, place mashed avocado, seasoned with salt, pepper, and lemon juice
