For the baking form
500 g of tortellini dough, cooked and drained
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
4 eggs
Salt to taste
For the meatballs
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 medium onion chopped
300 g of boneless chicken breast, processed in a food processor
1/3 cup of chopped nuts
7 slices of bread, cut into small pieces

1/4 cup of olive oil
2 medium onions chopped
2 kg of ripe tomatoes
2 tablespoons of parsley minced
3 carrots, sliced into rounds
1/3 cup of raisins
Salt and black pepper to taste

3 carrots, sliced into rounds
1/3 cup of raisins

Prepare the baking form: in a bowl, combine the macaroni, Parmesan cheese, eggs, and salt
Mix well
Place the mixture into a 24 cm diameter tin, greased with butter
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes
Remove from the oven and desolder the macaroni
Prepare the meatballs: in a small pan, heat the olive oil
Add the garlic and onion and fry until golden brown
Remove from the heat, add the chicken breast, nuts, and salt
Mix well
Add the bread and eggs
Shape into balls
Fry the meatballs in hot oil until they are evenly cooked. Reserve
Prepare the sauce: in a pan, heat the olive oil
Add the onion and fry until it is soft
Add the tomatoes, parsley, 1/4 cup of water, and cook with the lid on for 30 minutes
Remove from the heat and pass through a sieve
Place back in the pan, add the carrots and cook until they are tender
Season with salt and black pepper
Add the meatballs and let it warm up
Serve around the desoldered macaroni
