500g of long pasta, type fettuccine

For the sauce
1/4 cup of roughly chopped parsley leaves
1 cup of butter (200g)

In a large pot with 5 liters of boiling salted water, combine all the ingredients except for the mustard seeds and the sauce items, and cook until the pasta is al dente
Prepare the sauce: while the pasta cooks, in a pan or skillet combine the parsley leaves and butter
Let the butter melt and season with salt
Drain the pasta along with the other ingredients and place them in a bowl
Pour the sauce and, if desired, add the mustard seeds
Serve immediately
