Preheat the oven to 350°F

Prepare the dough: Make a mound with the flour on a smooth surface
Create a depression in the center and add the oil and wine
Mix, making circular motions with a fork
Knead until you obtain a smooth and pliable dough
Let it rest covered for 30 minutes
Fill the dough: Using a rolling pin, open the dough very thinly
Cut squares of 7 cm
Place one olive on each square
Fold the lower end over the filling
Repeat the process with the upper end
Tear the sides carefully
Bake for about 40 minutes, flipping occasionally to golden brown from all sides.
