In a blender, blend the green corn, milk, butter, all-purpose flour, and salt
In a pan, place the mixture and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it releases from the bottom
Let it cool down
With your hands, shape the nuggets
Dip them in egg and then pancake mix
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle well and fry the nuggets until they're golden brown
Place them on paper towels to remove excess grease.
