Salt to taste

Gently beat the egg and season with salt
Dip the banana slices into the egg and then coat with all-purpose flour, shaking off excess
Dip again in the egg and then coat with cake flour, shaking off excess
Fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 8 per serving
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels
Serve immediately
