Hydrate the unsweetened gelatin in cold water, dissolving it in a bain-marie or microwave
Dissolve the grape gelatin in boiling water
In a blender, mix together the dissolved gelatins, sweetened condensed milk, and grape juice
Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled ring mold
Sauce
Combine the ingredients and heat them over low heat until thickened
Unmold the mousse and serve with the sauce
