Soak the gelatin in cold water
In a saucepan, heat the grape juice, add the sugar and dissolved gelatin, and stir to combine
Add the lemon juice
Let it cool until the mixture starts to thicken, then gently fold in the egg whites
Fill 6 individual cups or one large bowl with 2/3 of their capacity
To the remaining gelatin mixture, add the heavy cream or condensed milk and fill the cups
Refrigerate until firm
If desired, top with whipped cream
Serve 6 portions.
