In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except butter
Cover and let it rest for 1 hour
Grease with butter and dust with sugar a mold of 20 cm in diameter
Pour the egg yolk mixture into the prepared mold and let it rest for another 2 hours
Preheat oven to 180°C (medium)
Place the mold on a hot water bath (bain-marie) and bake until golden brown, inserting a toothpick which comes out clean (approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes)
Let it cool, unmold, and refrigerate
