1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
Add the hot water and stir until smooth
Let it cool slightly
Beat the egg yolks until thickened
Add the melted chocolate
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
Add the granulated sugar, beating constantly
Add the vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt
Combine the chocolate mixture with the whipped cream
Place in two metal trays of a freezer and let it freeze until the edges are frozen
Move to a serving dish and stir carefully
Replate in the trays and keep in the freezer until firm
Serve 6-8 portions.
