1 1/2 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons strong brewed coffee
1/2 cup hot water
1/4 cup cold water
180 grams bittersweet chocolate, broken into pieces
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups crushed ice
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons strong brewed coffee
1/2 cup hot water
1/4 cup cold water
180 grams bittersweet chocolate, broken into pieces
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups crushed ice
1 cup heavy cream
Place gelatin, coffee, cold water, and hot water in the blender
Blend on high speed for about 40 seconds
Add chocolate, cornstarch, salt, and vanilla extract
Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides of blender as needed
Do not stop the motor
Remove the lid and add eggs, crushed ice, and heavy cream
Blend for another 20 seconds, or until the mixture starts to thicken
If desired, add more cornstarch
Pour into individual serving cups and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving
