In a blender, beat the egg whites until stiff

In a medium-sized pan, add water to reach 2cm below the edge
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 seconds without stirring
Using a spatula, flip over the egg whites and cook for another 30 seconds
Remove with a spatula and place on paper towels
Dust with lemon zest

Melt the sesame seeds in a pan until caramel-colored
Add the strawberries, mix well, and cook until firm (test by dropping a small amount into water - it should hold its shape)

Spread the mixture onto a greased surface, forming a 16cm x 10cm rectangle
Let cool and cut into thin strips
Finishing touches
Bash the strawberries, sesame seeds, and wine in a blender until smooth
Distribute among four shallow dishes, place two snowy egg whites on top, and position a sesame stick on the side.
