Brew the milk with the coffee until it reaches a syrupy consistency
Add the salt to the egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form
Pour the warm mixture slowly onto the egg whites, continuing to beat
Place in the refrigerator
Beat the evaporated milk until stiff peaks form
Combine with the previous mixture and add the vanilla
Leave in the freezer until firm.
