6 large bananas
1/4 cup of sugar
1/2 to 3/4 cup of rum
1 cup of toasted shredded coconut

Place the bananas in a hot oven and roast them for about 15 minutes
Remove the banana skins and place each one on an individual plate
Dust with sugar, then add a drizzle of rum (divided among the plates)
Candle with a lighter, and when the flame dies down, sprinkle with toasted shredded coconut
If the bananas are very large, cut them into 6 portions; if they're smaller, cut them into 3.
