Wash the tapioca thoroughly
Place it in a pressure cooker with water and salt
Cover and bring to high heat for 10 minutes
Remove from heat and open the pressure cooker
The tapioca should be soft
Add milk and cornstarch, stirring occasionally until the bottom of the pan appears (approximately 40 minutes)
Add half of the coconut and mix well
Remove from heat, moisten the baking dish, and spread the tapioca
Sprinkle with the remaining coconut grated
Once cooled, cut into small squares and serve.
