1/2 cup of chilled rice vinegar (Japanese rice wine)

Beat all the ingredients in a blender, except for the rice vinegar, until it forms a foamy mixture
Stop the appliance and add the rice vinegar
Mix gently and pour into chilled glasses
Serve immediately.
