8 cubes of 75ml ice

With a knife, cut the sour orange into fine slices and place in a tall drink glass
Add the sugar and let it sit with a muddler
Add the manioc, ice, and saquê (a type of Brazilian soda)
With a spoon or shaker, mix from bottom to top and serve.
